Q: What toiletries are there in the room?
A: soap/shampoo/conditioner/toothbrush and toothpaste/razor/hairbrush/face towel/bath towel
* Regarding pajamas will lending at the reception to those who wish .(Free during your stay)

Q: What kind of the rental equipment do you have?
A: Kitchen utensils (Free during your stay) /Rice cooker( 500yen during your stay )
* We have a limited amount of kitchen equipment available for rental, so please make an advanced reservation for any kitchen rental equipment that you require.

Q: Are the hotel rooms cleaned every day?
A: Our staff do not enter your room as we would like you to spend time and treat the room as your home during your stay with us.
Therefore we do not clean and change the towels in the room. Thank you for your understanding.
Clean towels are available upon request with free of charge.
Should a towel change be required, please contact the hotel reception.

Q: Can I see the ocean from every room?
A: It is difficult to see the ocean from rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
There is an ocean view from the rooms on the 4th floor to 9th floors.
Sunset Beach is only a 30 second walk away!! All rooms can fully feel the sea breeze.

Q: Is there a safety box in the room?
A: Unfortunately, there is no safety box in the room.
Please take care of your own valuables.

Q: Is there an ice cube machine in the hotel?
A: Yes, it’s at the elevator hall on the 2nd floor (Free)

Q: I would like to stay in a non-smoking room.
A: All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.
If you wish to smoke, please borrow an ashtray at reception and smoke on the balcony.

Q: Is there parking at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking spaces are limited and are allotted on a first come, first served basis. (No Reservations or Saved Spaces During Stay - Free of Charge)
In the case of no vacancies, free public parking is available about 7 mins away on foot.Sorry for any inconvenience caused and we thank you for your understanding.

Q: Is there a self-laundry service?
A: Yes, we have self-service laundry rooms by the elevator hall on the 5th, 7th and the 9th floors.

Q: Can I send my luggage in advance to the hotel?
A: Yes, you can.

A: Yes, we accept DC, Visa, Master card, Amex and Ginrei credti card.

Q: Is there a restaurant at the hotel?
A: We are sorry that there is no restaurant at the hotel.
There is a mini kitchen in your room where you can cook your own food. Groceries can be purchased from the ‘Aeon’ supermarket which is about 5 mins away on foot from the hotel.
The American Village also has several nice restaurants and is very close to the hotel. You could also take a stroll around these local shops and restaurants.

Q: Are there any convenience stores near the hotel?
A: Yes, there is a Lawson and Family Mart  within a walkable distance from the hotel.

Q: Is there an ATM/cash machine?
A: Yes, there are a number of ATMs at the ‘Aeon’ Supermarket in Chatan (Aeon Bank, Ryukyu Bank, Okinawa Bank, Kaiho Bank, Japan Post Bank and Koza Shinkin Bank)

Q: Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?
A: Yes, all rooms have free Wi-Fi.

Q: Can I bring my pet to stay with me?
A: Unfortunately, due to our hotel facilities pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel.
If you have a pet, please leave it in a pet hotel or somewhere similar.
Please be sure not to leave your pet in your car on the hotel site.

Q: Is there a parcel delivery service from the hotel?
A: Yes, this service is available at reception.
